The ReturnLocal story, end to end

Follow these steps to demo the full journey — a seller listing a product and requesting a hub pickup, the hub receiving and listing it, a buyer purchasing it, and the seller & admin tracking everything. Use the Demo button (bottom-right) to jump between roles instantly.

   List a seller-facility product

   Create a product the seller stocks themselves. It goes live immediately and ships from the seller's facility in 4–7 days — not held by ReturnLocal.

   Request a ReturnLocal pickup + listing

   Pick items and ask ReturnLocal to procure them into a Bengaluru hub. This creates units awaiting pickup, kicking off the hub journey.

   Receive the units at the hub

   The hub scans incoming units and marks them received — one click bridges stock-in units straight into the hub.

   Quality-check

   Inspect, grade condition and attach photos. Passing sends the unit to shelving; failing routes it to exceptions.

   Tag & shelve

   Assign an RL-SKU and a shelf bin. The unit lands in holding and starts accruing the daily holding fee.

   List at the hub → now buyable ⚡

   Hit “List at hub” on a shelved unit. It becomes a same/next-day listing in the marketplace — the moment hub stock goes live.

   Browse both product types

   The storefront shows hub-held items (0–1 day ⚡) alongside seller-facility items (4–7 days), per size.

   Place an order (CoD / Card / UPI)

   Add to cart and check out with any payment method. Card/UPI are captured instantly; Cash on Delivery stays pending until delivery.
